When will I receive the books?
  • Once the student details are entered in the system, it is sent to dispatch department. The overall time period for this process is 3 days. Once the details are received, same day the study material is dispatched.

When will I get my Admission Letter, ID card and Fee receipt?
  • All the above mentioned 3 letters are dispatched with the study material.

What if the courier service is not available in my area?
  • In this case, we generally take the student’s relatives or friends address and dispatch the study material on the provided address. (The student has to provide the correct address to the dispatch department.)

What if I have received wrong books?
  • Generally, we ask the student to return the study material kit to us and we send the student new generated kit.

What if student wants to change his mailing Address or want to change the Phone number?
  • Student needs to call up the dispatch department and have to provide the new address or phone number, which then will be updated in the system for further communication.

What if student lost his books or ID card?
  • If student wants to take up the duplicate books or ID card, he needs to pay the additional fees. The details are:
    Sr. No Fee Title Amount
    1 Duplicate Books Rs. 500 (Per Book)
    2 Duplicate ID Rs. 200

What if students want to collect the study material by hand?
  • Student needs to send the request to his/her respective Support Executive regarding the same and then after scheduling the appointment, he/she can come down to collect the material.
